I was sent an email in advance to preregister for the hotel, which I did. When we got there, however, the front desk staff did not care that we had done it and made us go through the whole process.
The room was simple and basic. Not a lot of room but it provided what we needed for a couple of nights in town. Our primary issue was that we could not get the air conditioner to stay on longer than two hours before it would cut off and the room got very hot. There were also a variety of noise from the street and, I believe, the elevator.
it was in a good location with restaurants, bars and shops within a quick walk. It's not a touristy part of town so you get a little more authentic feel.
