no shuttle to airport, took 4 hours to check in no front desk person, just a sign saying short staff be back soon. over all the heritage inn needs a lot of repairs, like the computer that is for guests to use was not working, bathrooms need repairs out of order, not enough staff in the lounge and casino, had to wait 15 minutes for a waitress. over all the stay was very stressful.

For one of the busiest weekends of the year they needed more help! 1 person at the front counter during check-in with 10 guests at least waiting. Rooms were not ready at check-in and no early check-in option. Breakfast was great!! Room was clean! Kids enjoyed the pool!

In the bathroom, we're moldy, no soaps or shampoos were provided. Loose hair in bedding. The pool was disgusting.The hot tub was very murky. Looked like it had not been clean in a very long time .Overall , not very happy about my stay there for the cost

We needed a place to stop while travelling on our way to a wedding.We’ve never stayed at this hotel before but it had good reviews so we gave it a try. We didn’t get in till very close to 1 AM, got settled and were going to get into bed when I noticed a couple hairs on the bed. Not great but I was so tired so I picked them off then pulled down the covers only to notice a bunch more hair. Honestly over 10 hairs of all sorts on the bed that it looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Even though we were tired we could not sleep in that bed so we had to go ask the front desk to switch us, which they did. The front desk lady was apologetic and helpful. I went to check out the next room before moving and it to had a couple hairs on each bed as well but at this point we just needed to get some sleep. The toilet was also leaking and slightly brown. The next morning before taking a shower, I also noticed a couple hairs on the shower wall. I will say the breakfast was decent as other reviewers stated but the state of the rooms in terms of cleanliness was terrible. I should’ve thought to get a picture of the first bed but I didn’t think of it. The pictures are of the bed in the second room.

Stayed here last time we were in Great Falls and our experience was great! This time it was horrible. Our first room was dirty. Still had soap in the shower from the previous guest. And items in the fridge. The internet was horrible. Also during check in and when I went to the front desk to tell them my room was dirty the two girls with colourful hair had a mouth on them. The second room the sink wasn’t draining. Maintenance did come and put chemicals in it, but told me they couldn’t do anything else until morning. Breakfast was good, and the guy tending to it was great.

The bathtub wouldn’t drain, the room was dirty, the pool was filthy, the heater quit working (woke our 2 month old up because he was cold), and in the morning we found bed bugs. All of this just for a “sorry” from the front desk. I want a refund for this terrible stay. This place should be shut down until they deep clean the entire facility top to bottom.

Hotel was just ok, pool should have stayed open longer, the casino area is a joke! Don’t waste your money on hopes of winning anything. We sat and ordered some chips and salsa but they were out of salsa and still charged us the $3 for a tiny little tray of chips. The key card to get in the door kept not wanting to work so we had to keep walking down the stairs to get it fixed. It’s a place to sleep.. other than that nothing special.

Books a connecting room and did not get it , pool deck door did not work was blocked . Check in was poor no information. Was not told about even being held had to park a block away from hotel due to event. Hotel was cold beds where poor broken and wore out. Carpets were dirty .

We checked in and were told the room we wanted wasn’t clean and cleaning staff had went home for the day. They gave us a room with no heat, then a room right at the convention area, then a room we had because it was dirty so some random employee cleaned it? Then our kids got spit on in the pool I was still charged my huge rate of the original room and the waffle maker at breakfast was broke. Then my father in law booked a room and was told he would have to wait hours for it he asked for a refund and was refused to wait 1.5 h
Dirty bed. We slept on top of covers. No housekeeping, no management, no options.
Hairy bed. Could get ahold of anyone and had exhausted children so had no choice but to go to bed unfortunately.
