Rooms were infested with insects,and millipedes,moulds under the kitchen sink and pillows ,we spent more time cleaning than enjoying our stay . Washing machine not working,not proper instructions on the wall. We ended up using only 1 room since no we were not bothered to get rid of the insect issue. I would like a full refund with an apology. Not up to standard.

Poor management, staff need lots of training.

We have been to this property pre Covid-19 and had a lovely time. This visit was horrible. The accomodation we stayed in had finger marks all over the fridge & other surfaces. I asked a staff to clean it, she came back with a dry cloth to wipe. I was horrified and said for her to get disinfectant cleaning product. She said to me, we don’t have any, I had to say how are you guys running this place with such poor cleaning standard and charging premium rate. I told her to talk to the manager and get disinfectant. No one came back to attend to our request. This made me feel really uneasy in the accomodation. This made me look all around the accomodation. The tv had dirty spill mark, master bedroom basin had pieces of shaved hair. The bathroom rubbish bin had a layer of dust on it. The outside of the toilet bowl was dirty with dry water marks and dirt. The shower box glass was really dirty. It was so disgusting we visited family and only went to sleep instead of enjoying the accomodation. When we checked out we mention all the above to the office staff. The reply I got was I’ll let the cleaning staff now about this.

I booked the Marina unit through Expedia as the photos looked quiet and relaxing. And I needed a place for some quiet time with nature - close to water and secluded from other cabins. Due to late arrival (after 9pm), I was upgraded to a studio room in the main villa which had all the amenities for a stay. But not close to nature and seclusion that I wished for. Dreamview villa took in consideration my request to use the Marina unit and I was able to spend a day there. My only recommendation is that it would be helpful during booking to be advised of early arrival request for Marina and Seaside units. As I would be happy to have come early and stayed my entire stay at the Marina unit. The hospitality and care from the staff and manager were exceptional. And the quiet waters and surrounding hills of West Fiji was well worth the trip. Vinaka vakalevu.

This property is located on top of a hill. It has a superb location with views all around. However, there is an infestation of millipedes around and in the property. The owners have failed to disclose this important fact and continue to do so. Our bed and room both were infested with millipedes. Around 1 am, millipedes were crawling in our bed. We could not sleep the whole night. It was a nightmare. We removed both sheets and found more millipedes in the bed. No where to go at 1am, my gf and I took turns sleeping while the other kept a watch. Definitely not a spot for vacationers if you hate bugs.
