The room was clean and in good condition. However, the service was terrible. The hotel employees, particularly those at reception, were unhelpful.
As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I requested a late checkout the day before, but I didn't receive a response until a couple of hours before the original checkout time. Ultimately, I had to check out without an extension.
The rear entrance near the bus station was out of order and has never been repaired. This was very inconvenient.
