入住辦理非常快速！ 櫃檯人員很幫忙，也很友善！ 離華山文創園區很近，聽完演唱會可以很快回到休息的地方。 可以寄放行李，不用大包小包去看表演，謝謝您們的貼心！ 入住日期剛好忠孝東路有施工，但房間隔音還不錯，雖然不是完全聽不到，但完全不到惱人的程度，也不影響休息。

預約頁面上退房時間是12:00，但現場退房時間是11:00。另外，空調怎麼調整房間裡的溫度都維持在19度，冷到很不舒服，反應給櫃檯後，櫃檯只說會幫忙切成送風模式，完全沒有要確認狀況的意思，然後房間溫度還是一直維持在19度的狀態。

優點：浴室很大很明亮；樓下就有露易莎可以買咖啡。 缺點：雖然浴缸很大，但是只能泡很冷很冷的溫水澡，洗澡也都是涼涼的水；原本很開心住到最高樓，結果晚上根本被吵雜機械運作聲吵得無法入睡，打電話去櫃檯，夜班的人員態度非常糟糕！

雙床房配置的雙人浴缸很舒服，但整體房間環境有待加強，地毯明顯有髒污，雖然告知櫃檯有馬上撤掉地毯但觀感不是很好，房間隔音效果很差，連隔壁房開關門都一清二楚，不知是不是因為住最高樓層，頂樓冷卻水塔運轉的震動聲造成低頻震動噪音讓人根本睡不著，跟櫃台反應前我們開始根本不知道震動聲哪裡來，告知後服務人員說是冷卻水塔，正值半夜兩點，協助暫時關掉運轉，才睡的著，不知道其他樓層或其他房間是不是有一樣的問題，因為別人介紹原本很期待，沒想到讓我們睡眠品質變這麼差⋯

首先交通方便,出了捷運站步行約5分左右,再來附近除了有華山藝文特區,周邊吃的部分也不少,剛好走了一整天附近也有可以按摩放鬆的店家,再來房間又大又乾淨,還有按摩浴缸可以舒緩整天的疲勞
