Bathrooms were disgusting. Has a single room and bed was pretty much just springs. There was an extra $10 fee per day that wasn’t on the fine print, but I had not choice but to sign it

i was a member of the gym for a long time and they did a good job keeping it up. The hotel/hostel side, however, is a different thing. Things ripped off walls in shower stall, a large panel next to my bed off of the wall and just propped up against said wall. It I had my drill and a couple screws I'd reattach if for them. But I don't travel with my drill. I want to love this place, but the deferred maintenance is terrible.

O quarto estava limpo, mas os funcionários no geral são secos, a manutenção dos banheiros é precária, torneiras e chuveiros pingando, em um dos banheiros o chuveiro estava quebrado, a agua saia pelo cano, em outro a porta na travava, em outra estava entupido, enfim, falta manutenção! O preço pego pro padrão Manhatam é baixo, mas pro padrão resto do mundo é caro, p.

Poor communication. My flight was delayed until the next day. Despite many attempts to let them know and request to hold the reservation, it took them more than 24 hours to get back to me. I tried phone (many times), Hotel.com messaging and Hotel.com help desk (where they finally replied after > 24 hours). I don't need this kind of stress on top of the missed flight.

Ponto positivo: atendimento e a qualidade do quarto. Ponto negativo: barulho até meia noite vindo dos jovens circulando no corredor. Porta do banheiro feminino não fechava direito, o que invalidava a segurança da tranca com senha.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Uncomfortable bed, dirty bathrooms, tiny space, unfriendly staff. I will never stay here again.

It was like a scary jail. My floor smelled like butt. The service was okay, the cleaning lady was kind and check in was smooth, check out and luggage storage was rude and weird.

The rooms are small but we didn't need much room since we were only there to sleep, change, and shower. So didn't mind sharing bathrooms with others, either. The floors could've been cleaner cuz there was hair on the floors, but other than that I would definitely stay there again if I ever go to new york again. Everything is so close by!! Central Park, Time Square, shopping and a variety of food carts to choose from!! The location is excellent, and so is the price!!

The staff were not polite. Gave keys with the wrong room number. Called security to throw a guest out even when the guest was right. Poor etiquette. Worst customer service. They don't care if you're a first-time visitor. They have a subtle charge they call "MEMBERSHIP". It's stated on the site that it was a HOTEL. Only to find out, it's a HOSTEL. If you MUST visit this place, brace yourself! The hallway had a funny odor.
