Great hotel with outdoor pool and a couple of Finnish saunas that are available for all guests (not open 24/7, but ask at reception for opening hours). Breakfast provided a good spread with GF options available.

Es gibt kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer , das Mobiliar ( Sessel ) war fleckig leider . Die Dusche lief nicht ab . Darüber kann man noch hinweg sehen . Was uns sehr negativ stimmte war das Abendessen . Wir hatten Halbpension und am Abend gab es einmal Grillbuffet worauf man leider lange gewartet hatte . Und am zweiten Abend war es dann die Höhe . Die Kartoffeln waren verschmutzt die Bohnen nur kurz erwärmt und das Fleisch eher preiswert . Als Dessert gab es Schoko Schaum aus der Tüte . Wir hatten uns beschwert jedoch wurde es nicht sehr ernst genommen . Unser langes Wochenende hatte es trotz Sonne etwas getrübt . Für uns ist dieses Hotel Weit von einem 4 Sterne Hotel entfernt. Schade wir kommen nicht mehr

Insgesamt ist das Hotel vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten ausreichend Komfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine solide Auswahl. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Wellnessbereich, der sehr schön gestaltet ist und zur Entspannung einlädt. Leider gibt es beim Service deutliche Schwächen. Die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des Personals lassen insgesamt zu wünschen übrig. Besonders negativ ist mir Frau S. an der Rezeption aufgefallen – sie wirkte wenig flexibel, sehr unfreundlich und insgesamt mit vielen Situationen überfordert. Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es an grundlegender Freundlichkeit, wie etwa einem einfachen „Guten Morgen“ oder einem serviceorientierten Umgang mit den Gästen. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich hingegen den jungen Mann an der Bar, der sehr nett und zuvorkommend war – hier fühlte man sich als Gast gut aufgehoben. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels, die eher ungünstig ist. Ohne Auto ist man kaum mobil, was den Aufenthalt etwas einschränkt. Fazit: Solides Hotel mit guten Ansätzen, aber deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf beim Service.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub auf Usedom gemacht, mit der Absicht, uns verschiedene Orte auf der Insel anzuschauen sowie ein wenig Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Hierfür war das Hotel hervorragend geeignet auch wenn man kein Golfspieler ist. Man kann vom Hotel aus, ob mit Auto oder Rad, in verschiedene Richtungen starten und ist schnell in Ahlbeck, Svinemünde, Heringsdorf und Bansin oder auch im Schloss Mellenthin und kehrt dann gerne wieder in die Ruhe des Hotels in Korswandt zurück. Wenn man Lust hat, runden ein paar Saunagänge den Tag dann ab. Alles in allem ein Hotel für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Gutes und ruhiges Hotel, ein wenig abgelegen. Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe, aber leider mittlerweile starke Gebrauchsspuren. Frühstück war gut. Außenpool könnte deutlich wärmer sein, dafür das er beheizt sein soll. Wenn es draußen noch nicht wirklich warm ist, ist der Pool zu kalt. Man kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. Das Einzige was ich bemängel, ist das Abendessen, welches als Buffet dargereicht wird. Es gibt ein Gericht mit Fleisch, eines mit Fisch und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Es ist nur ärgerlich, wenn um 19:45 ein oder mehrere Gerichte bereits aus sind. Für 36,- Euro pro Person (ohne Getränke), würde ich dann doch eher in ein nahgelegendes Restaurant gehen.

Es war ein entspanntes WE in einem schönen Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Leider war unser Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Parkplatz. Sonst haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
