It is over rating. It should only be 1 star ⭐️ Customer ask to vacate their car from the parking car and find to park somewhere else as there is no more parking space for the owner’s car. 😳😳😳 what is that???. Receptionist did not know if we were booked. Showed my booking confirmation but they don’t know and they can not verify as they don’t have internet connection to check for the booking. They need to take a photo of customer own confirmation email , took a picture of my ebookers booking,as well as my full confirmation email and text it to the owner's to know if there is really a booking while customer waiting long for the text reply before customer is checked in. In fairness room size is good enough as we booked a for family room. Amenities needs to be updated. No TV etc. It needs renovation specially the toilet.

Room Review

your pictures lied about how your rooms look, but i don't want to be rude i just want to be realistic. Your beds were comfortable sleeping on but your TV's and bathrooms are very primitive. We still want to say thank you for giving us a place to sleep in.

The place is terrible, the hotels.com should send someone to inspect the property before they include it in the app and they should send someone to surprise visit the hotel. The pictures are deceiving and I think I need a refund

Sorry to tell you i only stayed for 4hrs The place was so horrible, no toilet paper no towel I think you need to renovate the place and the Toilet so disgusting.

This is the place to be! If you like cockroaches and various other bugs crawling around your room, a tiny tv with a shocking picture and prostitutes soliciting you inside your hotel I can't recommend this establishment highly enough. Also you have to pay 10 pesos for a roll of toilet paper. I mean ... really? Yep. On the plus side the deposit required at check in is only 200P which I assume is the total value of all furniture etc in the room. Every floor has signs declaring them a "wifi zone" but in actuality the wifi only works in the sauna called the lobby. From outside this place looks like the setting of a horror movie ... but don't be afraid ... it is actually not too bad for a place to sleep and in good proximity to the Circle and nightlife. Oh and one more bonus non feature - there was no toilet seat ... and the toilet's flushing mechanism stopped working after 1 day. That really capped off a memorable stay :)

Not good hotel at all.

Sooo disappointing. The building itself is very dirty. The towel given was not presentable. The lobby is super dirty. In general, i guess that building should be closed or rehabilitated. So there would be no other guests that mistaken book this hotel. Attention hotel.com before you publish any establishment please check if the hotel is still comfortable to stay in.

Cockroaches everywhere

Reality is not the same as the photo. Cockroaches everywhere & stinky place. My family left the place after my kids screaming from the cockroaches on the lobby, ceiling and room. Cockroaches are living on the set up beddings. The place needed to be shutdown. We have no photos to show because we were rushing to go out from the hotel before my kids will throw up from what we saw... Army of cockroaches...

Don’t stay here!

This was the worst place we stayed in on our whole South East Asia trip. The room smelt like cigarettes and it was dirty. You didn’t even get a shower, just a bucket to use. The ceiling was full of mould and there was so many cockroaches! It was obvious that the place just wanted your money but wouldn’t invest it on getting things fixed or to clean at all. Can’t believe hotels.com actually have a contact with such a horrible place where they can’t even meet basic cleaning standards. Very disappointing. If it was possible we would have left a 0 star. Got there late at night and left very early morning.

Very very poor, do not believe in the photos.

Not recommended for tourist, the hotel condition was really poor. The photos they’re shown was taken 10 years ago. There’s a dump in a ceilings, no WiFi, the TV was broken.

Pretty bad!

This property was very bad. Upon check in the staff were not aware of my booking and gave me the worse room ever. Stains on the floor extremely bad odour from the bathroom electrical wire in the ceiling. The room was totally run down. I asked front desk to moved to another room but couldn't provide me one until the next day.. Horrible experience never again..

部屋は広いけど、場所もあんまり良くないし、なんせ汚い。トイレが流れないし、換気の設備がないから、めっちゃ水の生乾きの臭い。でも、広さはある。Airbnbだったらこの値段でもっといい部屋があると思う。
