The views from the property were truly unbeatable. The cabins are comfortable inside, and the outdoor picnic tables and lounge chairs make it easy to enjoy room service from the tea house or a glass of wine outdoors. During our stay it was extremely windy, so we chose to dine at the tea house instead — which we ended up highly recommending.
That said, the room cleanliness fell short. While the bed sheets were fresh and clean, the floor had clearly not been swept (there was visible dust and dog hair), and the couch was covered in crumbs.
We also requested a crib for our infant daughter, and the mattress provided was too large for the pack-and-play. It curved upward like a banana, making it unsafe for our baby to sleep in. As a result, she had to sleep with us in the bed. I’m not sure why they assumed it would be acceptable for a child to sleep on a curved, ill-fitting mattress.
