The room was very clean. There was no on-site staff. Door entry code and room key locker code was provided upon reservation at their website (after booking through Hotels.com). This is a charming rustic hotel. No TV.s Just a cute rustic room with a nice, renovated bathroom. I was the only guest for the first 6 hours of my stay. Sat by a gas fireplace in the common living room and enjoyed the peace.
