During one shower the hot water cut out completely, leaving me naked and shivering. This might not have been so bad if we'd be supplied with the robes we were promised, but we never were given robes. We're political junkies, but the video on our TV was a disaster, freezing up completely every minute or so -- and this on election night, which drove us crazy. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE YOUR TV SERVICE. I could not find the concierge when I needed them, and I don't think our room was ever cleaned over the 4 nights we were there. Our room, 3012, had a connecting door to the next room, and when our neighbors were there we could here every word (and every shriek and every note they were playing.) We love the location and the roof deck, but we would not recommend Studio 154 to anyone.

Roof top view was beautiful. Staff was really helpful. Room was spacious and beautiful. View inroom was great. One thing though... .My husband is really allergic to cats. He gets itchyeyes and stopped up. When we went in our room this happened. He said no big deal cause only a couple nights but I think there were cats in there at one time because of this. The room smelled just fine and i did not notice any cat smell. I actually loved the room and would stay again.

Our room was very clean, very new, and very comfortable. The staff we encountered were lovely and helpful, tho one day we had to wait almost 15 minutes for a concierge to show up to help us. The kitchen was useful, tho we didn't use it much. The lack of windows in our room was weird at first, but after the chaos of Broadway, I liked the absence of windows in our room.

Michael Lauren and Joanne with the concierge and management were awesome!!! They handled a room mix up that they could have ignored!! Michael was the one who started the process and was always very helpful and kind!!! Also the location of the hotel is great!! We will definitely be going back there when we go back to Nashville!!! Perfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. But a bit of a hassle having to use your phone as a key to get into the stairwell and again to access the sky deck. We were on a road trip for two weeks so it was great to have access to the free laundry facility on each floor. Michael at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in setting up a second key on my friend’s phone. The room has a stocked mini bar fridge that can also be used as a regular mini fridge, but no microwave which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom boasts of many luxury items except one; cheap, one ply, rough, toilet paper. My only minor complaint is the AC unit. Although the unit has a smart thermostat, we couldn’t find how to adjust the fan speed; either full blast or off. And when AC ran, the fan was extremely loud. Over all we had a great experience & will recommend & return. Oh…for parking.garage access across the street, u must have a cell phone & credit card, it’s uses an app. 2nd St is still partially closed & Commerce is one way due to reconstruction from the bombing 5 years ago, but Google maps has not been updated. Rumor has it street will reopen fully by Dec 2025.

Fantastic!

I’ll just say that whenever we’re in Nashville, we won’t stay anywhere else. This is quite a unique property, closer to a nice apartment than a hotel, but with hotel amenities. It’s right in the middle of the action, but the room is a tomb (I mean that as a positive). It’s so quiet, and the bed is super comfy. Great little amenities like an in room mini bar (without outrageous prices), and a Starbucks self serve barista right outside the rooms. Absolutely loved our stay.

Very surprised how quiet the room was considering it's literally next door to Coyote Ugly (reason we stayed) and parking is literally across the street. We were supposed to have a 'city view' but we looked at the parking garage. The key was finiky sometimes on getting inside after getting off the elevator and took SEVERAL tries to get it to work and to get into the room. Very nice concierge checking in.
