The hotel is beautifully designed, which is very important to me when I travel. Sadly, the service does not match. There is no doorman and nobody to grab your luggage upon arrival. The mini-fridge in our suite was warm, not cold. The water in one of our sinks had a tiny little stream of water. We walked into Salon Salon one evening and were treated like we walked in off the street - if you call this an amenity, hotel guests should get priority. And, in an empty Breakfast room, the service was terribly lacking. I want them to get it right because it's so beautiful, but they have a lot of work to do in the Opertions department.
