Hotel with some booking issues.

We had pre paid our booking, but the hotel couldn’t confirm the payment. Even though we had confirmation and receipt to show. The personal was a bit difficult. But I called Hotels and the talked to the hotel and fixed it. So that we could leave. But a bit unpleasant experience.

Innanzitutto la cordialità e la simpatia dei gestori, Michela persona molto diretta ma che ti accoglie già dalla colazione con i consigli per passare al meglio la giornata la sua mamma che la vedevi poco ma passava sempre per i saluti e per rincuorarsi che tutto andasse bene, Irene sempre pronta alla battuta ( di una simpatia unica) Claudio un gran lavoratore trovavi la zona piscina sempre pulita ed infine il marito dell’Irene che su richiesta ti cucinava la Fiorentina da leccarsi i baffi! Ritorneremo sicuramente!
