服務沒有飯店水準

雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out 了，也沒看到她處理啊！ 重點是房務在我們吃早餐時已經進去整理過，一樣沒有被套與枕頭套，而且我看了別間的內部，也都沒有，所以是這間飯店的基本! 直接讓我聯想到每個房客都用同樣沒枕套套的枕頭與被如不，這不是很髒嗎？ 突然覺得全身癢，吃完早餐馬上又洗澡，然後快速離開這間"飯店"了 他們真的該找有經驗的人來管理，因為很糟糕。 早餐也不好吃，覺得好吃的竟然是最普通的英式豆子，這種不會失敗的罐頭料理，就可想像了 所以我絕對不會再來，怎麼有臉說這個是飯店，沒睡過沒被單沒枕頭套的床。

Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Les prestations étaient très bonnes (taille de la chambre, literie, petit déjeuner inclus). Pas de jolie vue mais un accès gratuit (y compris prêt de serviette et transat) à la piscine Acqualuna à proximité. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Prima volta in questa struttura per circa 4 gg. Tutto ottimo, Colazione internazionale varia e disponibile. Avere l'accesso al lido denominato Acqualuna fa la differenza. Bellissimo lido con piscina vicinissimo: basta attraversare la strada.

Great hotel

Great hotel right on the seafront and just a short walk away from the ferries. Room was very comfortable, staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are buffet style (everything from fresh fruit and yoghurt to English breakfast and toast). There is a pool available to use, but it’s not attached to the hotel itself (only a minute walk across the road away though). There isn’t much to do in the hotel itself, but it’s right in the middle of the town with bus and ferry connections all around it. Overall a great hotel, would stay here again.

Superb value

Really enjoy our week at the Azur. Nicely decorated throughout. The pool albeit across the road is stunning. I noticed some people complaining on here about unpainted ceilings but they obviously don’t appreciate polished concrete which is currently quite fashionable. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money.

Nice Hotel in a convenient area. Good Breafast

A nice hotel just off the seafront in Giza with with easy public transport links to airport, Valletta, Mdina, and all areas of Malta. Good breakfast choice and very friendly staff. The cleaners are also very friendly and show attention to detail.

L’hôtel était vraiment bien autant au niveau du personnel que du petit déjeuner ou de l’accès à la piscine. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le seul bémol a été l’isolation phonique de la chambre. Nous avions les canalisations des eaux usées qui passaient par notre chambre. Nous entendions donc quand les personnes des étages supérieures allaient aux toilettes ou prenaient leurs douches. Cela a causé quelques nuisances sonores. Pareil pour le bruit venant de la rue. Mis à part cela, tout était bien.

Wouldn’t recommend; even hostels are better.

Not what is shown on the advertisements, kind of clickbait as swimming pool is outside the hotel with time restraints. Room facilities were also below average, and the entire hotel always smelled horrible. Breakfast buffet was okay.

A good choice

A very clean hotel, excellent spread at breakfast (apart from the bacon, apparently! Not that I tried it.), with plenty of options. I rate this hotel very highly, especially considering the reasonable pricing. Free access to the lido over the street is arranged through reception. Special mentions to Sina on Reception who was very helpful when I decided to extend my stay, Lela the cleaner who did an immaculate job on the room, and Lily on the breakfast service who was very efficient and helpful. Plenty of eateries nearby on The Strand, towards Sliema, and also easy access to Valletta either by ferry or bus.

I do not recommend

The hotel’s location is perhaps its only notable advantage. Beyond that, the positives quickly fade. I opted for a Superior room expecting comfort, but reality fell far short. My window overlooked the rooftop of the neighboring building (just 4 meters away), where residents routinely hung laundry and paced around—hardly a scenic retreat. The room itself felt claustrophobic, with ceilings so low I could easily reach up and touch them. The walls near the balcony and the ceiling were stark, unfinished concrete, giving the space an industrial, almost unfinished vibe. The bedding told a story of neglect: linens were threadbare, covered in pilled fabric, and the duvet cover—supposedly white—was frayed at the edges. Even the mattress seemed compromised; orphaned zippers hinted at a missing protector that once served a purpose. The bathroom offered no respite. Moisture had warped the shower paneling, leaving it swollen and uneven. Breakfast, served in a cramped dining area, was a monotonous affair with a limited selection—clearly not designed for the hotel’s capacity. Finding a seat felt like a competitive sport, and I shudder to imagine the chaos during peak season.
