地點好，離公車站近，逛街購物很方便。房間乾淨明亮，算是新的，浴室蓮蓬頭出水量大，很棒！但是房間沒有任何備品，有問題也找不到人，從報到開始都是自助式，沒有櫃台人員。早餐選擇不多，只有一位工作人員，星期日早上根本忙不過來。可頌麵包毎日限量提供。

Self check in was fine, however there was only a phone number to contact, never saw any staff in the hotel except for one when walking past at breakfast. Stayed Saturday & Sunday night, and hardly slept both nights. Saturday, a restaurant next door had music playing until midnight which was fine, what was not expected was to then hear music afterwards from a DJ(?) which sounded like it was coming from below the hotel.

Please note that check-in is from 3pm, not 2pm as stated on Hotels.com. The room had just been cleaned when I checked in, and it looked very nice, spacious and quite clean overall. The shower surfaces do feel like they still have soap residue; especially on the floor. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned, and there was a small tear in one of the mesh curtains. Overall, the stay was great. The location is superb; right by the centre and just below the royal castle. Check-in was easy enough; even if I had to wait until the room was ready at 3pm. The room was nice and the facilities worked well. The various blinds and curtains do a good job of blocking out the morning light. The room felt on the warm side, and it appears air conditioners are not allowed in hotel rooms in Liechtenstein. The under floor cooling doesn't feel like quite enough to keep it cool. Check-out was easy too, and there was a locker where I could keep my suitcases while I searched for breakfast after check-out.

I had an absolutely terrible time staying here. 1. We were unable to get into the room until 3:30 despite being advertised online as “latest 2:00” 2. There was zero communication as to why the check in was delayed 3. The window in the room was part of a public balcony linked to the lobby, letting people look in unless you have the curtains shut at all times 4. Couldn’t open the window unless you wanted peoples second hand smoke coming into your room 5. Tried to change rooms and was told that it would cost an extra 40chf despite the same room being advertised cheaper than the one that we had booked 6. The shower was broken, it would only spray at the wall It’s a shame as the hotel is in an amazing location but the staff and facilities are shockingly bad 100% not worth the money being charged.

The hotel is easy to find , right off the traffic circle . Right by the bus stop (we came in by train) . Not a hard walk up to the place (on the hill ,but you don't see much when you make it to the front door) . We had no breakfast but there's a COOP grocery across the street . The room had 3 pizza boxes in the room from the last guess .The biggest problem with this hotel is that there is no staff . There is a computer at the front door to put in your details . You're supposed to take a key card and encode it . Surprise ,the key wouldn't work . we tried 3 time ,dead . Finally got one to work . How much are you saving not to have someone there to help your guesses . The room was hot too ,no air. if you want an adventure ,stop there . Really it wouldn't be that bad if they just had someone there from 11 to 7

There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for.
