"The hotel was a bit run down and it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed at. Looked like they are maintaining the place but they need a lot of help. Room vents and ACs are not working."

"We had a 9 hour layover and my husband was recovering from a cold. We checked in early and front desk staff was very accommodating. We were able to relax and rest for 5 hours bedtime our flight. Also had a nice lunch. Airport is literally in the terminal so no shuttle required."

"I needed an early check in as I had a series of zoom meetings I needed to run. Was told I could pay an early check in fee but that they couldn’t guarantee it as there were no rooms available the previous night. A quick search determined that was inaccurate. Two different options of 30 dollar fee or 100 dollar fee were offered but without guarantee. Eventually sucked it up a paid for a night I didn’t need just to make sure I could check in at 9:30 the following morning. The wifi in room was terrible, I ended up hot spotting off my cell most of the time. Room itself was nice but housekeeping times each day were fairly inconsistent which made planning difficult. Ended up only having them makeup the room once, warranted I was in the room a lot the one day that they were unable to do it. Parking was easy in the underground parkade and the location makes for easy travel to several parts of Vancouver. That being said I doubt I will return as the whole ordeal with early check in was a little ridiculous."

"Great if you're staying near the airport. It's a small trek to the centre of Vancouver, but if you can utilise the free shuttle to get to the airport you'll save some time on the commute. Beds were comfy, and the room clean, with good bathroom amenities."
