"From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. I couldn't identify the source, but it made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in.
To make matters worse, the room was not soundproofed at all. I was repeatedly woken up by traffic noise from outside early in the morning, making restful sleep impossible.
Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience."
"Self check-in. The room has a kitchen for cooking. There is a gym, although the facilities are relatively simple. It is not recommended to book when it rains because it will be very noisy.
The WIFI was very slow and almost unusable during the two days of stay."
"We asked for prices of the minibar and that our coffee machine was broken, but there was no follow up for either despite saying they follow up.
