"Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Lopesan. Our room was deeply cleaned everyday, but had a bit of a mildew smell. The resort was well maintained and beautiful. There was so many amenities like the casino, water park, shows that you can’t get bored. The staff were helpful and kind. We just did not enjoy the food. We ended up paying an extra $150 to access the adults only side of things. We also got 30 mins of hydrotherapy included, however part of my group was not treated well by the staff when they arrived. We did not feel like paying the extra $150 was worth it. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone."
