Yes, check-in was busy since I arrived late around 11pm — but the staff were still super patient and handled everything with a smile, even when some guests looked a bit tired or grumpy. I didn’t mind waiting a bit. And even though I forgot my toothbrush, the……

The location is great for me who arrived at high speed train station and needed to fly out from Hongqiao airport the next day. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was good and sitting area was comfortable, not crowded at all.

Clean and tidy hotel with good location if u r traveling in and outta SH, staff are quite helpful and friendly too I should add
