"Property was clean a tidy, was a little dated but still nice, view over Siena from the terrace was stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly giving us a map and guide of places of interest in the town. Included breakfast had great options and car park was convenient and safe."

"The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure. The view was incredible. The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. I’ve stayed in many different hotels and have never experienced such a bad bed. I understand that the concept and vibe of the place are meant to feel historic or classic, but for a property of this level, the bed should match the quality of the rest of the experience. Upgrading the mattresses would make a big difference."
