"The hotel itself was super clean and tidy. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was really good. The biggest let down was the beach area, it was a disgusting mess in the ocean and smelt really bad too. Luckily only a really short stay here. Would have been bitterly disappointed if I had booked a 2 week holiday here. "

"The hotel was in an excellent location. The rooms were clean and modern. Staff would clean them daily and give you fresh towels. The pool although it wasn’t large, was well kept and cleaned. The biggest compliment about this hotel was how attentive the staff were. Nothing was too much for them and they were always on hand for any queries. We had relatives with us in another room who had mobility issues. The staff helped with non-slip mats around the bathroom and other needs. The lock wasn’t working correctly on our door and a member of staff was there within a minute to look at it! The bar staff were superb and for breakfast they would offer alternatives if there was something you didn’t want on the menu. Extra tea, coffee or juice were also offered and they even gave us breakfast to take to the room, due to a family member not being mobile enough to make it to breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and there wasn’t anything I had that I didn’t enjoy. Planes would fly directly overhead between 7am and about 10pm but this would be the same for all the hotels on Chaweng beach, so this isn’t a hotel issue, but something to be weary of if you wanted total quiet! We can’t wait to return here in the future, ขอบคุณมาก!"

"My 4th stay here. Great location on the beach and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. All staff polite and smiling. Two lovely pools. And friendly squirrels if you have nuts!"

"No airport shuttle available when we asked. Need to walk to a beach for actual beach access. Staff were nice but had to request towels and other items that should have been in room already. A good budget friendly option, maybe not the most ideal when travelling with kids."
