"It was a good base to explore sharam el sheikh. Comfortable and we got a free upgrade after they saw we have a family. Staff were friendly but it’s clear that they cater to Europeans mostly and want you to have euros. Use inDrive as an app to get around rather then taxis. "

They have a nice snorkelling site well maintained The staff were super nice and helpful, they were polite and there for us 24/7. "We like this hotel because is not too big and food and beverage are controlled and we can drink with ice and eat not cooked vegetables. We like also the 2 different beaches (sandy and coral) and the evening bus to reach old sharm and naama bay. "

"The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc."
