They state that they speak English and Turkish, unfortunately that wasn’t the case for our two nights. Maybe it’s because it’s not high tourist season, but probably best not or advertise that if is not the case. Overall its concept is great but just doesn’t quite hit it, which is a little disappointing considering the cost of the suites. "

"This hotel is overrated on Hotels.com and not worth £100 per night. The first room was inadequately cleaned, and the shower tap was broken. The second room was also not properly cleaned, so we requested a refund and checked out at midnight. Hopefully, the refund will be processed in the morning."

Very limited English but Google Translate worked for us. Didn't meet or hear another English person until the day before we left. Very relaxing place, not for those that want nightlife. Mosquitos bad, take repellent. Rooms perfectly adequate, most time spent outdoors.
