"Nice clean hotel with large, clean rooms and hot water. Near the airport, decent amenities including fridge in the room, air con, TV and large bathroom. Slightly dated and faded condition, pillows a little flat but otherwise comfortable. Towel policy is very strict however, my wife spilt a spot of makeup on the hand towel and they charged her $15 for it. The face flannel had a lot of makeup so the $5 charge for that was reasonable, but $15 for the hand towel seemed excessive."

"This a great option for staying in zone 10 in Guatemala. near the malls and restaurants, and yet apart from the noise and traffic of the zone. Good choice if you are traveling with couple or business. "

"The hotel is located in the heart of zone 10 several restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk. A shopping center called Fontabella is one block away. Traffic is complex. The restaurant is good. We spent thanksgiving and dinner was super. We definitely recommend the hotel. "
