The best thing about the hotel is that it lies west of Dar es Salaam, which means that you avoid the worst of the city traffic. "There was an issue on arrival as I was told I needed to pay even though I had made a prior payment with my credit card online. This was eventually resolved but there is clearly a problem in the arrangement between the hotel and Expedia."

The rooms looked dated a bit and needed modernising the shower door was loose and water came out when showering also there nowhere to go outside of the hotel, was very quiet the time we were there but overall was nice hotel.
