"Staff are excellent, welcoming and kind. Rooms have great amenities. Soaps are thick and luxurious. Towels are soft and thick, bed and pillows comfortable. Loved our view of a pond with ducks. Great location with restaurants and shopping mall just steps away. Surprisingly quiet given how close to airport. Great breakfast. Best pancakes I ever had. Love the idea of a social area with pool table. Great size TV with modern comfortable furniture Lots of seating space in lobby Decaf...

"Very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, lots of nearby dining options, plus a nice restaurant and bar on-site. "I cannot say any negative about my stay- it was a quick one night stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed here since October of last year. It is conveniently located in the middle of the 2 places we needed to go- Gloucester Point and New Port News. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean it is- and then how nice the staff is. Will be staying here again in April! "
