"Had an amazing stay at Arrive Hotel in Memphis! The vibe was modern, clean, and super welcoming. The staff was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely a great experience—will be back!"

"The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and parking was in a parking garage that was attached to the hotel so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in the room was beautiful however when I booked a room and it was reserved and I get there and they say they don’t have it available but I can upgrade for $40 and make me pay for the upgrade fee is not good practice. They should have upgraded my room and not charged me anything because I was the one inconvenienced for their mismanagement of room availability. Other than that, the visit was fine."

"The Casino felt lively. The staff was great and also the hotel it self, the room was spacious. I had a great view on the upper floor. I would recommend all my friends and family to stay."

"We had a horrible experience checking in. It was partly Expedia's fault, but the lack of communication by the property really irritated me. After 1.5 hours trying to check in with 4 kids, we were finally able to get into the room. The front area and lobby smelt like marijuana and my wife was harassed when trying to get from the self parking to the front door. Such a terrible experience we cut our trip short and went home after one night. Do not recommend for any families traveling to Memphis."
