"I could not think anything better. The location is literally next to the biggest temple in Nagano and on the main historical road. The breakfast is traditional japanese which is the perfect opportunity to try local cousine. Staff very very kind. "

"Amazing traditional Japanese style room. Dated but very clean and comfortable with ski run views! The Onsen was great after a day skiing. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and included in the price ….. not fine dining but wholesome and something for everyone. Would definitely recommend. "

"Amazing personal service from start to finish. Christo and his front of house staff are accommodating of all requests. We were kindly picked up at Kurahemei station. Shuttled to our ski areas or the 7/11 for snacks or the Nihonte restaurant. We were even assisted with our transfer to our next destination Shiga Kogen with our own tour guide the delightful Luna. Our room was lovely with a magnificent view of Lake Noriji. The temperature of the room was always perfect, not sure how this was...
