"Great location - being a musician I thought it would be perfect. The decor is a bit much but comfy bed, hot shower and great location was all I needed. The owner was very nice. My train from Brussels left very late so I requested a 1:30 check out - they said I could stay until 2:00 for 20 euros so I paid it. At 12:30 the cleaning staff starts beating on the door yelling that I needed to leave. I tried to tell her I paid but she screamed that I needed to be out by 1:00. I packed up went downstairs and the gentlemen that said I could stay just made a face when I told him. So I feel a bit ripped off - I didn’t want to pay but didn’t want to sit at the train station for 6 hours. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The cleaning lady and lack of communication made this experience unpleasant. "

"Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure "
