"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. "Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga."
