"Very helpful staff, good selection of food for breakfast. Room was clean & larger than expected, (we had 1 bedroom suite) slightly dated. Pool area was clean but busy the day we visited. Overall a good stay & if ever in Lisbon again I would happily stay there. "

"Upon arrival we were told there was no water in the hotel but that it should be back around 6pm. The water did not come back before our check out the next morning. I booked a room with breakfast but was told at the restaurant that my room did not include breakfast. I went to the reception desk and they added the free breakfast to our room but at the same time they also told us that the shuttle to the airport was not available and that they could call me a cab but it would not be covered by the hotel. I only booked this hotel because it offered the breakfast and the shuttle. I ended up with a room with no running water, having to asks for breakfast and pay for a uber. Very bad overall experience"

"The hotel was very outdated and not very clean. The beds were uncomfortable, the sink clogged, shower head fell off, and the sheets felt gross."

"Breakfast included option was very rewarding and an excellent choice. Although the hotel was close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes noise at night time. The rooms were kept clean each day. the staff was great. Areas of improvement : - Parking in house for 22 euro was a bit much. You can park after 9 pm in the streets for free. "

"Gym was fabulous Staff was exceptional in the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. But very comfortable and they turned down. Service was outstanding."
