I come back at 4 and I’m MOVED again to the senate hotel. The rooms look like nothing pictured. Book the hotel at your own risk of being moved somewhere else that is not what you paid for. That’s the realistic reason why I have such a low rating."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Miss Nazakat helped us a lot. My wife was pregnant, but she had a very good experience at this hotel. Whatever we asked, they provided. I wish she knew some English, but I could speak their language. If you need anything, ask them. The location was perfect and close to the attractions and shopping malls. The price was reasonable."

"The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast was expansive with beautiful views of Old City and the Flame Towers. Nizami Street, Flame Towers, Old City, Caspian Sea, Malls, Train, Taxi’s were all within close walking distance, making the hotel location ideal. A shuttle (taxi) was provided to/from the airport for 25 manat each way. The shuttle driver was already waiting for us at the airport with our name on display for us to easily find him. The rooms were clean, safe and well maintained. The cleaning staff came daily and our room was spotless. We were only women traveling and we felt very safe and entirely comfortable. I would, 100/100 stay here again. I wish the hotel endless success as they are very kind to us and made our stay as comfortable as possible, and for that we are grateful."
