"Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. As an added "bonus" there was live music and the bar upstairs was open. All of the staff we interacted with was great, including Sara the owner.
