"The property was great! Great location to the Spanish Steps, shopping, and Trevi Fountain. Fantastic service from the front desk, doorman, restaurant, and concierge. Rooms were on the smaller side but very nice. "

"The staff was excellent - I had booked a 3 person stay but my daughter (studying in Italy) joined us and they were able to accommodate that change which I was very grateful for knowing that 4 people in a European hotel is a lot to cram in. We had stayed here previously (2023) and this time it felt like we were in a whole different hotel - it felt older and more compact that our previous experience (which, to be fair was only for 2 people in a different part of the hotel). Bathroom was very tight and a bit challenging to navigate and you could hear other rooms quite clearly. However, it's a great location - just a few blocks from the Spagna Metro stop and down the block from the Spanish Steps - so I still recommend it - maybe just not for 3 or more people in one room! "

"This a very centrally located hotel off of the Piazza Popolo, there are many great restaurants and trattorias for dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and staff is accommodating to whatever you like for breakfast. There is a rooftop bar that serves small bites and full bar with a lovely view. The room we stayed at had a small outside courtyard and very comfortable bed and space. I would recommend and come back for another stay."

"Great central location. The room was beautiful and clean. Only two complaints. It is a very noisy area and the room was too warm and we couldn’t find any temperature controls. Both made sleeping difficult. "

"I had an absolutely delightful stay here. I was in the loft terrace room and originally planned on staying a week but the view, the cosiness and the incredible atmosphere and helpful staff made me rebook for a week longer! The location is ideal, within walking distances to everything youd ever need. The room is incredibly cosy and the staff were always helpful and happy to help in any way they could. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be coming back as soon as possible. Cant recommend it highly enough!!"

"Fabulous location, staff amazingly friendly. Bar did lack atmosphere of an evening but was still nice. Rooms very comfortable. Hot water took a while in the shower but honestly other than that was a fab stay"
