"Clean room. Nice staff. Nice pool(heated which was a plus)"

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a balcony over the harbor and the room was beautiful. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper bed felt like sleeping on plywood. We bought mattress topper at Walmart so our daughter would survive the remainder of the trip. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of chairs available. We enjoyed the food court area of the hotel, Harbor Yards, but the restaurants there were very inconsistent with their operating hours. Out of our 4 nights there we only saw the gelato restaurant open once after 7:00pm. Not a lot of these restaurants are open for lunch, and hardly any of them are open for breakfast. The resort is a good concept, but seems like more things need to be open during the day and night if you want people spending money at the resort. We had a rental car so we were able to leave and go explore. There is nothing to do in Port Charlotte, but Punta Gorda has a cute village on the water with shops, restaurants, and sunset cruises. We also drive up to Caspersan Beach for sharks teeth hunting and that was an enjoyable activity. Our vacation was nice, but probably a one and done type place for us. "

"Our first visit to Siesta Key was amazing and the Azul Resort was the perfect spot to enjoy all the area has to offer. The cottage was newly renovated, fresh, clean and beautiful! Easy access to the local trolley. The management staff at Azul was responsive to every request and made our stay enjoyable!"

"We really enjoyed how spacious our room was for the four of us. We had a tv in our bedroom or we could shut the door and watch tv in the sitting area. We also enjoyed sitting out by the pool. It was private and clean. Enjoyed the loungers, but there is constant noise being beside a busy road. Our breakfasts were good, except one day in the middle of the week we didn’t have a lot of hot food choices. (Make your own waffle or biscuits with gravy) Staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Clean and spacious room. Extremely kind and helpful staff. The pool was actually heated as advertised. Close to the beach, offers frog hopper to the beach that operates on tips. We booked last minute and are 100% planning on coming back. "

"We are fans of the Hilton brand, but this particular product was terrible. It is a motel, with exterior halls and all, with a Hilton label. The room is loud and dirty. The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors' conversation (at normal conversation volume) as if they were in the room with us. You could hear the traffic and sirens outside. The shower fluctuated in temperature so violently that I narrowly escaped being scalded, especially after spending the first part of my shower freezing. There was black mold on the ceiling. The window of the room looks out onto the exterior hallway, so people walking by can see into your room. It is awkward. There is something wrong with all the outlets and USB ports, where neither of our phones was able to fully charge; I have an iPhone, and my husband has an Android. We tried multiple chargers, from wireless to the USB chargers in the room, using our own charging blocks, and we could not get our phones to fully charge from ANY of the outlets. The room is overpriced. This is definitely a motel, and Hilton should be ashamed of this product. "
