"Great location, excellent valet and bar/restaurant staff. Rooms are smaller but on par with many European hotels and very comfortable. Room wasn’t serviced on one occasion, and little in the way of recognition of the inconvenience of this my front desk, but quickly rectified and not a big issue in the end. Would recommend "

"I did not stay. The room was disgusting. Stains in the bed mold in the bathroom and dirty bath tub. Room smelled like mold and there were cockroaches. The property and room look nothing like the pictures "

"Overall a great experience. Pool was gorgeous but it wasn't the right weather to fully enjoy it. The rooms are massive. We felt like we were moving into a new place. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Can't wait to visit again!"

"We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel provided everything we needed, was well located in a slightly quieter part of town but all our restaurants and bars were easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was plentiful each morning and slightly changed day to day. The beds were comfortable and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Austin."
