"This hotel was great for a short stay. Good location, helpful staff. Breakfast was great and a good value for the price. Rooms were well equipped and were clean. The only weird thing was we didn’t have a window but if you’re not spending a ton of time in the hotel it wasn’t a big deal. "

"Loved our stay--room was spacious and very clean. Black out curtains did the trick and not much airport nouse. Excellent breakfast buffet was excellent, in variety and quality. Big seating area. I thought there wasn't very hot water in the shower but found that the knob needed to be turned around more to get very hot water. Also the light and fan must have been on a timer as it turned on at 1 am. Only negative was waiting 50 minutes at LAX for shuttle. We were sent a picture of a white shuttle to take although apparently there is also a black shuttle that had passed by that might have taken us quicker. But overall extremely happy with our stay!"

"Dirty. Elevators didn’t work nearly half the time. Stairs didn’t reach all the way down to floor one so we couldn’t take the stairs either. Trapped at 11pm with no way to get to the room after a long day out with two kids was unacceptable. Asked several times for clean towels. Answer always was “we’ll call you when they’re ready.” They never ever called. We survived a whole week with 4 towels. Hotel stinks of people smoking weed. Pool area only had towels one time (tried to get towels from pool area because lobby didn’t have any). Pool was poorly maintained and dirty. Room was either freezing or hot. Staff was not professional while handling customers. They’d interact with each other inappropriately in front of a customer. The room service didn’t hesitate to use offensive language over the radio which was in ear shot of customers. Overall a 2/10- one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. "

"What a beautiful hotel. I love this place from top to bottom. The architecture, the woodwork, ceilings, the rooms. All of it. The only critique I have is that the food situation is subpar, especially for a hotel like this. The breakfast buffet was good but limited. The only other place to eat is in the lounge bar. It’s an excellent space. Great place to have drinks. But the food options were super limited. Not many vegetables available. But I will say the food that I did have tasted good."

"Amazing room views. The room was clean and modern but if you have allergies to pets this might not be the place for you. We travel with our small dog so I have to say the place was great!! Very friendly staff and good amenities."
