Excellent Hotel I would recommend

Our first trip to Hiroshima, so obviously our first trip to this hotel. Great location, easy to walk to streetcar stops, convenience stores, Peace Center, restaurants. Hotel has a very welcoming check-in area on the 14th floor, which has a panoramic view of the downtown Hiroshima area. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set. Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!

While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Also a convenience store and wonderful service. Rooftop restaurant and other restaurants. Breakfast was included for me. I feel it was an excellent value. The location can’t be better. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.

This place amazingly Clean and modernized. I love how they give out amenities at the reception area. They even have an osen, only issue is that I needed to cover my tattoos (which is fine, I respect the culture - thankfully the reception desk gives out concealing stickers for your tattoos). I wished I could have stayed there longer

Had a 2 night stay and everything went smoothly. Room was very comfortable, and the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great concept- very modern. They have a shared kitchen where you can actually prepare something for yourself. It’s a pretty quick (10 min) walk to Peace Plaza. The breakfast was excellent! Our room was pretty spacious (we were in one of the rooms with the extra bed). Bathroom and amenities were nice. Wifi strong. Coffee shop downstairs and craft beer place next door. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Note Google Maps didn’t have...

The natural hot spring was incredible after a long day of sightseeing, and having on‑site laundry was a real bonus. It made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast service has a lot of options and is fun. Due to the large number of reservations, the room was changed to a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable.

Everything is perfect except air conditioner is above our head when sleeping... so freezing wake in the morning with headache

We were able to check our bags early as we had gotten to the hotel before checkin. When we went to check in they had us check in through a computer system. There was someone there walking you through how to do it (so I dont see why they couldnt just check us in themselves). We got to the room and it was a decent size. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice over night stay.

The hotel offers regular rooms, capsule like bunk rooms, and deluxe rooms. My only complaint is the capsule room doors are just an accordion style shutter. I do appreciate the in bunk television, and the adequate lock table storage. Overall, I had a good stay.
