"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Being right on the beach with chairs and umbrella was perfect! Food and drinks from the bar/restaurant on site were tasty. Breakfast was minimal but I expected that from reading their website and any free breakfast in this area is rare. The hotel needs some updates and renovations. It’s an old building and it’s showing."

"The hotel is a lovely hotel. It's not a big brand name, but it is lovely. It's pool area is very nice. It's restaurant is fantastic. The staff were very good. The beach is across the street. We took the free trolley across the street to the Ventura Mall, it took 45 minutes. Great property!!"
