If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!

Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate our request to check in early due to our flight arrival. Bar, fire pit, and lobby areas were very nice. Great selection at breakfast as well!

From the minute we arrived the people at front desk were super friendly and quick. My son accidentally left his expensive computer in the room and he did not realize it. From the ship we contacted the hotel and they had found his computer and put in lock up until we got off our cruise. Thankful for the honest staff!!!

I love courtyards. Always clean and comfort. Slept amazingly and the staff was all so helpful.

I thought the additional parking fee was over-the-top. We paid $155. They seemed quick to hit us with the extra parking charge, but not so quick to offer the extra mile service that Marriott used to be known for.

We were on a road trip just looking for a place to spend the night. We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)

i stayed here with my husband and 3 kids and 2 of the kids friends. We love this place it was our first time here and we will never stay at another resort again!! The kids loved the pool, lazy river and best of all the 4 story high slide. we extended our stay for 2 more nights due to all the fun everyone was having.
