"We booked an ocean view room and they gave us a room with parking lot view. No accountability on their end at all. I had to come down and make the claim. They said Expedia needed to request the price adjustment. They did on that very same night, and several days later, still no response from the hotel. The manager at the lobby was not friendly or helpful at all. 0 stars for hospitality."

"GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future visits to West Palm. Perfect location, wonderful amenities and the staff very very kind and caring. Great coffee shop and tiki bar too."

"Staff was super nice. I had two women in the front. Take care of me in the day that I got here. I wish I could remember their name to be honest. I’m terrible at names, but both of them were really good to me and my husband helped us out in any kind of way that we need help on the very next morning. I was having trouble finding my wallet to pay for another night. The woman was super patient with me again super great help me out rooms clean love them. Nice petite good for an overnight day. No complaints there. I think the only thing I would request is that maybe the TVs be updated like I would’ve loved to watch like my Netflix or my Hulu on the TV but they’re not smart TVs and maybe a little mini fridge would be nice but honestly, if that’s the worst thing for this hotel, then they’re doing pretty well. Thank you guys love to stay here definitely would come back. "

"It was cheap, that's all I can say. The caliber of guests is rather interesting; creepy dudes peeking in my window if I left the drapes open a bit to get natural sunlight, crazies screaming at all hours of the day and night... well, it was cheap."

"Not many amenities. Not having someone on site was a pain! Responses can take time to get back and if they don't respond and you end up calling they make it like it's your fault. Also 30.00 for early check-in seemed like a cash grab to me, my room was done but in order to get in I had to pay that up front before my door code worked! Overall once in the room (which is VERY small) it was nice room. I did end up going out both in the day and at night and will say the neighborhood at night is very sketchy and there were at least 10 coo cars at gas station down road!!! So if you can find a better place I'd go there instead, but for what it was, it wasn't the worst I've dealt with but certainly not the best either! I'd stay here again IF there was nothing better in vicinity!!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness. "
