However, the hotel lacks prominent signage, making it hard to locate, and the check-in office is not easily identifiable. A designated drive-up area for check-in would improve convenience. While guest services were professional, a warmer reception would enhance the experience. More exterior lighting and additional dog-friendly amenities would also be beneficial, especially given the location. Overall, The Alice Hotel is a pleasant choice for a short stay, with a few areas for improvement that would enhance the overall guest experience."

"Bed bugs! I got eaten! Had to get out of bed at 2am to evacuate room. Also, shower curtain had two colors of what looked like sh!t (one streak & the other a piece). I will be seeking "

"It was a quick stay. The pool was popping (just too cold for us), the sunset was beautiful, and the front desk lady was very kind. Our room was okay, we found some black hairs here and there, but nothing to call the front desk about. We would return :) "
