"The hotel itself is a little run-down...but who cares? It's all about the LOCATION...seriously. It is walkable to Disneyland and California Adventure. There are plenty of dining options available within walking distance as well. It also has a well-kept pool and hot tub. The beds are comfortable as well. No regrets, would book this hotel again in a heartbeat, can't beat the value!"

"Property is not maintained and is pretty run down. They charge you to park your car even if u have a room. Then charge a outrageous deposit . There is no free breakfast or wifi. None of the vending machines worked. No maid service unless your there over 3 days. We had two rooms right next to each other. One was cleaner then the other. And our toilet was broken. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. The only good part was the shuttle to and from disneyland, those guys are extremely nice and did a great job accommodating guests. Its right next to freeway so very loud when u open the window"

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room space was perfect! We planned a Disney trip with our little ones and we booked the deluxe double room. I will definitely be booking back with this hotel for future Disney trips. All staff members that we encountered were so kind and welcoming. We waited for the ART bus to take us to Disney and the gentleman working vallet that morning 3/21/26 around 8 AM was so kind he was checking the app to give us an ETA on the bus arrival. "

" The hotel’s location was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The room appeared to be clean and smelled fresh at first. However, when I opened the mini fridge, I was disgusted to find a ball of hair sitting inside. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if the hair had been on the bathroom floor or carpet, but inside the mini fridge was just gross! It really turned me off and made me question the cleanliness overall."

"The big concern I have is that the ART transit bus system will no longer be in service and this hotel does not offer a Disneyland shuttle. The first two days we walked to Disneyland and back and it was awful in the heat. We felt drained before we even got there. We love this hotel but will be staying at a different location next time we go to Disneyland that is closer to the park."
