Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

Perfect location and access to CU! Fun stay for a Buff game.

My kid and I stayed here for Admitted Students Day at CU-Boulder, and it was just what I'd hoped it would be: fun and chill, with food trucks/fire pits instead of room service. Easy parking, and an easy walk to CU-Boulder (there's a gate at the back of the property that opens onto the campus) and the Pearl Street mall. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the wifi was fast. It was a great basecamp.

Cleaning personal enter without permission at 930 am. Checkout is 12 noon. Not cool

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

The room was great for this price. Big, with everything you need. Modern furnishings. Good breakfast. AND THE ROOM KEY WORKED EVERY TIME, first time!

It was a brand new hotel which was nice. Not so nice was the dog barking for two nights next door. Don't you have a policy that requires dog owners to keep their pets quiet while others are sleeping? They should have to sign a contract before you give them a room key.

Easy access to dining and entertainment facilities. The hot tub had been turned off for the night we stayed.

I have to say that this stay was very pleasant. We were on the top floor and used the elevator closest to parking area. It was very convenient. It's quiet which was wonderful and we had a nice view. Loved the retro look of the place and the cute frig in the room. The hair products and hand soap&lotion smelled great--- loved the look of the sink. There isn't a closet, but there is an area by the door that has a steel rod coming down from the ceiling to hang clothes and a steamer. There's a coffee...

This is a nice clean place to stay. The gym has nice new equipment and the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The attendant at check-in was wonderful and eager to meet all our needs. Breakfast was a bread breakfast of cereal, bread, and waffles. Nothing else ! Needs improving; fruit or sausage ? Other was a good stay !

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, bright, and very comfortable with a wonderful modern design in the rooms as well as common spaces. Parking is plentiful in the well-lit garage under the hotel. I chose Embassy Suites because our family has two teenagers and we need a little more space to spread out - this was perfect as we used the fold-our couch for a third bed. My only suggestion would be for a night stand on both sides of the beds - there was room - so I could have a place for...
