"TV did not work and unfortunately as it was the weekend,no maintenance was available to fix it. Apart from that everything else was great."

"Thin walls and we could hear our neighbors talking but front desk changed our room. Old and run down inside despite updated carpet and wallpaper. "

"I had an excellent overnight stay. The door man and front desk staff were friendly, the check in process was easy, the hotel is clean and well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower felt amazing! The food and bartenders were great for both lunch and dinner. I had to leave the evening bartenders a nice tip because they were super friendly and engaging to me as someone traveling alone for a conference in another hotel. I accidentally left my toothbrush home (go figure!) and they gave me a complimentary one, toothpaste and extra water. I was well cared for and would recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"The inside of the hotel, the lobby and the restaurant are lovely. The staff were very friendly. The coffee maker in our room was broken. In the bathroom there was a very long strand of hair left on the wall from the previous guest. That was a little gross. "
