"Thanks to the personal that helped us. Our flight was cancelled due to a technical problem and when we arrived to the hotel the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even though our situation made feel comfortable. Thank you "

"Thefirst room was okay. They moved me to accommodate another guest. The new room had brown smears on the towels, dirty floors and air head wrapper in the vent. The staff left my personal information on the pad at the front for all other guests to see. My name, phone number etc. Attempted for a week to contact managment only to have my call ignored and told the manager is out. Only giving 1 star because I cant leave a zero."
