This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Mina Al Salam competes with the world's best in luxury, ameneties, service and facilities. We (wife, and three children 12, 14, 19) stayed in the property for eight days and had an excellent time. Staff is competent and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel

The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much and mostly because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of all the staff starting from the reception desk to the concierge ( Mohammed) that helped us with daily tours recommandation. to all the staff in the breakfast dinning room that were so kind and charming. The best hotel we’ve ever been ! First class. Faultless , immaculate , top quality service of the staff. We definitely will want to come back.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool,...

The biggest advantages are the services, location (on the artificial island with private access to the beach), and dining options within and nearby. The disadvantage is the noise at night due to the nearby nightclub—however, it is probably a 'pro' for the younger generation.

This is a great property. It’s reasonably well maintained, though understaffed at the moment. I suppose the current climate may have something to do with that.

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again

Fantastic hotel service, especially when they tried to help me find my lost camera! They went out of their way to use their security footage to track down the cab where I left my camera. They got in touch with the taxi driver but my camera was never found. Either way, I was super impressed by this service.
