"Was pretty dirty no staff not a good area building was knew but really not clean dead bird in front of door and the balcony was wide open when I got there who knows what was coming in and out of room and definitely not walking distance to bars! Only nice thing was we could park right infront! Lots of homeless in area! And building had a funky smell! Chairs on patio were metal bars not comfortable! I would never go there again "

"I was injured on my stay and recieved a nasty cut across my knuckle due to poor design in the hallways and exposed metal and almost severing my knuckle from my finger. Bled all over the hotel, lost a whole night of doing things and going out. Was impossible to find anyone to help me, spent $50 on medical supplies. Their solution was to offer me less than 1 nights stay worth of a refund and 10% on my next stay. Will not be staying here again. Also impossile to contact anyone if you have issues with literally anything. Pool was nice."

"This property is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants/bars on site. Both have live music. It’s walking distance to Broadway, were there was so much live music, food, and a bit of shopping that it will blow your mind. I love Nashville I love this hotel. It ended up being a hub for my family to meet and have breakfast, late night snacks and drinks. "

"Great stay in a nice location walkable to downtown and the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well stocked, and the bar has all the drink options."
