The hotel folks continuously forced us to take the timeshare property tour (in exchange for boat tour coupon) and that it would not take much time. Ultimately we accepted but it was the worst experience ever when we got there. The guy responsible for the tour was arrogant, condescending, threatening and argumentative. He threw a fit of rage when we told him we want to go back. I was about to call the police/embassy since we felt cornered. I have everything on video. Ultimately, the hotel staff person was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel. My advice, NEVER EVER AGREE to get the timeshare tour."

"Property is great! Beautiful landscaping. Great splits for the pools (family vs adult vs activity and VIP pool). Food was just OK, not terrible, but nothing special. Rooms could use a refresh, but they were ok. Location was fantastic, being on the beach and at the marina, you can’t beat it. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "
