"We enjoyed the property a lot! Had lots of fun, there's many large pools that never felt too overcrowded (mind you we went during a college spring break). Staff is friendly and helpful and overall we had a truly pleasant experience. We loved our stay and would consider staying here again. Also BIG PLUS that everything is included including the mini-bar in the room! Food is also pretty decent for a resort. I deff recommend the property and its amenities to other families, couples, and adults."

"Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cabo. We went with a group of 13 family members including 3 kids and everyone had a blast. The property was spotless, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Special shout out to Alexander at the Indian restaurant, our chef Jose at the Japanese Tepan restaurant, Geovanny from the main pool bar, Ramón from the kids pool bar, Jair from the breakfast buffet, Antonio from the lobby bar, Cali from the kids club, and Raul from entertainment. They really made our stay special. "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Grand fiesta’s Americana. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The property was beautiful. They had four different pools. The beachfront was beautiful (lots of rocks but if you walk down there was a section you can swim in). The food was delicious (I ate at most restaurants- not all). And the staff were incredible. Highly recommend this resort. "

"Overall the property was average, the staff are amazing. Kind and attentive. The property definitely needs an upgrade including the pools. The food at the buffet was amazing. However, the speciality restaurants did not have the best food. I became ill for 2 days. Which is a first as I've travelled to Mexico many times. For our stay we wished that we had more options other than the buffet. For lunch we had Pepe's and had some delicious tacos! I tried the spa and the amenities were great. I'd give this resort 3/5. "

"Great adult resort. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool. Food was overall very good. Gym small (this could be improved). Beach is beautiful, but is rocks, not sand although there is one small sandy-ish area in the swimming cove. Great resort overall!"

"only complaints are that the air conditioner smelled like mildew and air was very damp. they need to fix this. also, almost never had hot water for our showers."
